A Request !
What Competition would you like to have me come to? Send your requests to my Dad. After getting them all, we will come to the competition that everyone wants me to do the most !!!!! This is exciting :) 2008 We Are Bringing Back the Russian Split Jump For 2008/2009 I am so energized about this new year, so many exciting things to tell you about. I have added a new Coach to my training schedule and I think you are all going to see great things happening as my new Coach and my long time Coach work together to create something special. Of course Dawn is still my main Coach, but we have added Tammy Gambill to our team as she brings a new element to my training. It is very difficult, I have to go over to California for training which is tough! I promise, I will get some new video and pictures up on my site this year. I have been bad about that for the past 2 years, but I will get some new stuff this year.

2007 Was a real rough year for me, It seemed to be the first year that I had injury after injury. First came the groin injury from a severely pulled muscle that really took me off of the ice for an extended period of time. Then I had back issues! That was a great one. Turns out my AB muscles were way to strong and they were pulling my back muscles out of whack (Go Figure???). Then at Regional's my thumb got hit and I ended up with a splint on my thumb throughout Regionals. Even today, I still have a bump on my thumb from that :) Weird!!! Well 2008 is a whole new year and I now am in Physical Therapy a couple of days a week and I have a strength trainer who is really working on my other muscles that has balanced out my AB muscles and I am really feeling strong again! Thank you Sara (Strength) and Heidi (Physical Therapist).

I had such a
great time at Junior National's in Westminster, CO. I met so many wonderful
other skaters and people. It was really sad to leave when it was all over!
But, I received some pretty exciting news on the way out of Westminster that
made me feel a bit better about coming home! My Coach called me and told me
that I was the number 1 pick to go to Brussels, Belgium to represent the USA
in the Young Internationals competition. I am so excited!

I won the
USFS FUTURE CHAMPIONS SERIES for 2004. The
results are up and have been corrected! I am very excited about the
results from a long and hard year.

In December
2004 I participated in an event at the Alltel Ice Den (My home rink) for
the Special Olympics sponsored by the Ice Den. These were some pretty
spectacular
people!
